Location is good for the price and overall quality of the hotel.
Extra fees plus valet is 20 bucks. Room was booked for $130 but when it's all said and done the room is actually $170 plus tax so you're almost at 200 bucks.
Internet is 12 a night, that's ridiculous and dumb.. Parking and Internet was Almost the price of the room. 75.00 for the 2 with 2 cars.
Location to entertainment is great but trying to park and check in is chaos.
Staff was the friendliest I have meet in a very long time. We travel a lot and you just don't see people so helpful. I mean everyone. Thank you staff
The amount of money it cost, the two night stay cost me over $500.00, and that's at the hotel only. Valet which I wasn't informed of was $30.00 a day, my pet fee $100. The taxes are a joke. Never again will I book like I did. These charges should have been out on the hotel page for everyone to see, including Booked.net
Great bed and nice sitting area. Nice staff and comfortable lobby area.
Location was farther from convention center than I thought. Homeless people outside the facility. Need cream cups for the coffee in the room-not powder stuff.
Breakfast, no feather pillows, FRIENDLY staff.
The only reason facilities were slightly lower was due to renovation. The place will be fantastic when done
Cute comfortable rooms and was within walking distance of Pete's Dueling Piano Bar and House of Blues. Staff was very nice and accommodating! Bed was extremely comfortable too :-)
Valet parking was $30 a night and you cannot self park. A little bit expensive.
Close to retail stores restaurant and entertainment
Clean, comfortable, very convenient for sport fans (Toyota Center, Minute Maid Park and Soccer Stadium in the neighbourhood).
The valet parking was terrible, they didnt have enough staff and it was not organzied
I liked the fruit water that was offered everyday. I didn't mind the walk to the George R. Brown Center. Being able to check out at one and leave my car in valet parking until 5 was nice.
One of our rooms smelled really bad when the air kicked on. Maintenance came in 3 times and couldn't figure out why. I asked for extra towels for 4 rooms, we were given only 4 towels in each room. Didn't care for the construction outside, not that it was the hotel's fault. Didn't like being charged $30 + tax each night for parking in the garage. The Bistro prices were not reasonable for a bunch of middle school students. My confirmation pages had 2 dbl beds and a pull out couch in each room. No pull out couch in any of my 4 rooms. My hotel information also said my total bill after taxes was supposed to be $1684.71. My total bill was $1759.06. Yes, I did put valet on my bill but what would have only made the total bill $1749.71. My debit card on the other hand was charged $1416. 48 and a credit card was charged $970.00. That is 2386.48. I hope those extra credits come off and things are corrected soon.
The bed was amazing. It was quiet and I cant complain about the service.
Room was very modern and clean!
NYE, so knew it would be crowded. At checkout time, there were a couple hundred people waiting outside for the valets to bring the cars. There was a large line just to give them your ticket. Only had a few valets. Luckily the Starbucks next door was open (cafe in the hotel was closed). They should have known this would happen and has more temp valets. Valet price was $30 per night with no option to self park on hotel property.
Very nice staff,always helpful
The attempt by all area hotels to strongarm patrons into valet service and several hour wait for retrieval
Our enroute stay was fabulous! Nice walk to Toyota Center too.
